For those who had Burson for Corporations, would it be better to take him, or to gamble on the unknown Tuch coming in next year?

Took Burson for Corporations last semester. Class is a bit dull, but he is a very nice professor. Upside, you go into the exam knowing what to expect and his exam is very fair.

This is a good post. I took Burson and he is a nice guy, extremely easy-going, with no surprises on the exam. He's one of my favorite professors.

People either love him or hate him because his lectures are disorganized. He'll frequently remember a point or callback to a case or principle he's covered before, without really making it feel like there's a cohesive plan to what he's doing. I ultimately felt like he covered everything, but you have to expect some confusion in the meantime.

I should say on this that I've heard he changed the style of the class since I took it. He said he now runs it more like a law firm, and I have no idea what that means in the context of a law class.

I've heard really good things about Badawi. Sale is allegedly intense, though extremely knowledgeable. If you're interested in transactional work, securities regulation with her is probably a good call.

I did Wiley and LR last fall and didn't feel like it was too much at all. Also did Enviro Moot Court and LR this spring. I took a seminar in the fall, which might have been a little too much writing combining the three (brief + note + seminar paper), but if you wanna do Wiley and journal, it is very easily doable.

Courses that you loaded into the worksheet show up on the registration page in a scrollable list so that when you click one it autofills the course number, then you just click "add" and you're done. Otherwise you have to type the course number in yourself. Those 7 seconds lost could be the difference between getting Evidence or 16th on the waitlist.

There's a comfort inn a few blocks away from the Central West End Metro stop. It's near where Euclid and Lindell intersect. I imagine that it is cheap, but I can't say for sure.

Do the name-your-own-price feature on Priceline, choose either Clayton or Downtown for neighborhood, select 3 1/2 or 4 stars, bid in the $60 price range, and you will easily get one of the nicer hotels in the area at a great price. I've never failed to get a hotel for a relative in St Louis following this method. The Clayton and Downtown STL hotels are all near a metro stop... Clayton being closer.

So I'm looking at University owned housing and it appears that the PERSHING-DEBALIVIERE neighborhood is closest to Anheuser-Busch Hall. Is this correct, in terms of University housing? Close proximity to the actual hall would be the most important part of housing for me.
