This is our thread, and we've sustained its existence at times by taking questions from each other. If you don't like that, you're welcome to go elsewhere.

There's nothing in the thread description to suggest that 2Ls can't ask each other questions.
So, who here has gotten all their grades? I only have one

That sucks. What's the deal with KFM, I thought he was done a couple weeks ago?YCrevolution wrote:I don't think I've gotten any, not even LRW.Cavalier wrote:There's nothing in the thread description to suggest that 2Ls can't ask each other questions.

That honestly wouldn't surprise me, given that they seem to be in the process of moving offices. It's still inexcusable though - can't they choose to move at a time other than WHEN GRADES ARE COMING IN??? Seriously, they have the rest of the summer.YCrevolution wrote:I think it might be a backlog at student records.

Re: UVA 2L taking questions
There are still only three Con Law course evals up, and only two Property evals. Two. That's f'ing ridiculous, it's amazing how ridiculous that is.Cavalier wrote:That honestly wouldn't surprise me, given that they seem to be in the process of moving offices. I'm kind of wishing my Con Law grades had been one of the ones delayed. Now I'm freaking out over the possibility that my GPA is going to plunge like a shaken stock market.

Re: UVA 2L taking questions
Movement! We've got movement. A third Property eval is up, and the third and last Evidence eval. There's also evals up for all 12 LRW sections. I see what look like new evals for other courses too. Hopefully grades will be posted by the end of the day for those classes with evals.
EDIT: No actual new grades posted yet, just evals.

My property eval is up now, but no grade. Oh well, maybe tonight.

Attention rising 2Ls: Some grades just went up. Yes, at 11PM on a Saturday. WTF.

When do 0Ls find out their section/class schedule, etc? Orientation?

I took 21 hours in 2004 through UVA. Seems like there are a lot of distractions on campus walking around in broad daylight.

Re: UVA 2L taking questions
I think they'll post it the week before orientation sometime, and the bookstore will have lists of your required books and be ready to help you get everything you need at that time. Last year it was really nice, you just walked in, told them your section, and they helped you pick up all your books and made sure you had everything.5ky wrote:When do 0Ls find out their section/class schedule, etc? The bookstore is staffed by great people. Just a random note.

Last year they posted it the week of August 10th on Law Web or something similar. Look at the UVA 2012 forum. I believe people were waiting outside for a bulletin and it was posted online instead. It was pretty funny.billyez wrote:They'll post it where? Do you all access your grades and course evals through SIS?
