just a reminder that second seat deposit is due June 2. you can mail your check in or do it online. also, its probably a good idea to order your UG transcript and have it sent in.

When I started at Loyola three years ago I was a gunner. I came in with an eye on transferring to USC or UCLA. Like much of the advice you will read on TLS I approached law school from day one with an exam focus. As someone who has transferred recently there are certain things I would recommend new Loyola admits do this summer that could help you earn the grades needed to negotiate more scholarship money, transfer out or land better jobs after the first year. Some of these tips are best shared over PM. Others are more general and are basically modern adaptations of what Arrow has already detailed on TLS.Definitely read Arrow but understand that some of the techniques he used are dated.
Ultimately I ended up transferring to Michigan. I'm currently studying for CA bar but I will respond to PMs if anyone is interested. Goodluck to everyone.

If anyone here is thinking about Loyola evening program and has aspirations of transferring to a higher tier law school, you should definitely consider your Loyola offer for admission more closely. If approached correctly this is a real opportunity that few students take advantage of.

Good evening everyone,

Professor Lauren Willis is a Visiting Professor at our school and unfortunately, our class does not have any outlines for Contracts. She seems like she teaches straight out of the assigned hornbook, so it makes it difficult for our class to gauge what exactly her opinion is. I appreciate any help!
