Relatively surprised by the low amount as my parents make very little.
I sent mine to the Financial Aid office after reading that a few others in this thread had done the same. Either way it'll get where it needs to go, I'd imagine.

What's the link for LS22's CoA spreadsheet? I can't seem to find it

a.sleepyhead are you decided on columbia? and anyone else ITT for that matter, i'm still deciding whether an additional $55k+ (depending on how they might adjust my aid package upon a one-year deferral) might be worth the opportunity to experience and develop ties in NYC.

Hey hey! I'm dying to decide for Columbia, but I still have a large aid differential with NYU that's making it tricky

what about you - are you deciding between here and UVA?

How do we negotiate scholarships using offers from other schools? Should I send them an email that literally just has the other scholarship offers attached?

This is probably a very stupid question, but how do you access the class actions blog?
I don't remember receiving any log in info..

I'd suggest to make the email a little more eloquent then "here's my other offers." Basically email Financial Aid, tell them why you want to go to Columbia. Then talk about the financial obligation and how you have offers form other schools. Attach those offers to the email.

I'm not really sure. It's just on the tasks checklist at bottom of the website.

Several emails that I've received from CLS mention it, and it also appears in the Admitted Students site under the "Connect" section. It seems to be a blog for admitted students.

I think a water bottle is more likely. But damn you to hell if you get a free shirt, because they did not give those out during ASD.

If the choice is between eternal damnation and a t shirt or salvation and a water bottle...T shirt, I still want the t shirt.
