Very true, I think I will later this week. Are you leaning towards Duke?

I am. It will depend on what NYU comes back with regarding my scholarship negotiation, but I think it's unlikely they will give me enough to swing me away from Duke. Barring any other surprise WL movement, I think I'll be in Durham this fall.

Summer starter -- I plan on subletting this summer from the google doc that was posted on the facebook page. Then, I'll probably end up at one of the places which they showed us at ASW (Pinnacle, Garrett West etc.)

If I go the Other route, either Hawthorne at the View or a random, smaller facility/townhouse (e.g. something offered by Ticon Properties) for me.

Super bummed that a scholly renegotiation didnt work out for me. I never allowed myself to get too excited for Duke because I knew it would cost too much, this just confirms it

Approximately 2 week turnaround for committee review

So I got my scholarship negotiation response. I sent in the e-mail at the very end of March so its been about a 2 week turnaround. They upped my offer by $9000 but I still don't think its enough to tip the scales in favor of Duke.

Just got my scholarship increased too. Not sure if it's enough to bring me to Duke but it's not a negligible increase either.

Same time for turnaround and increase for me. And yeah, don't think it's enough for me either.
