Announced at ASW - Duke applications were up 7% this year

Also I'm pretty sure that I met at least a couple TLS'ers today

FWIW I heard that this year's ASW received a much larger response than Duke admin was expecting and they have some worries about over admitting. Could negatively impact scholarship negotiations. I was bummed when I heard that too as I am in the same boat

Pretty impressed with Duke all things considered. Definitely digging the small class size and seemingly accessible, engaged profs.

They emailed me back about a week later and said they wouldn't start negotiating until early/mid April.
