What's the standard COA for 2014-2015?

In my Financial Aid Offer letter it said $85,755 for 2014-2015. I can break it up into their subcategories if you want.

2013-2014 is $82795. That's more than double the inflation rate.

Some t14 schools are at triple the inflation rate.

Definitely not. This is at the bottom of the enrollment page on the admitted students website:

Note: You do not need to accept Columbia’s offer of admission until you have received your award decision, provided your financial aid application was completed in a timely manner.

Zero financial aid here. Getting very tired of this.

I'm worried about that too I called the Columbia Financial Aid office yesterday, and they said they're working on it, and recommended that we ask for extensions from other schools...

The deadline I'm most worried about is Chicago's negotiation deadline, which is this Friday. But I'm not so sure I can email Chicago and be like "hey, could I get an extension for complaining about my scholarship so I can hear from Columbia and maybe possibly [but probably not] have something even better to hold over your head?"

Same here. Only that my extension request was denied.

Ditto. Got a passive-aggressive email from UVA saying that I have been holding onto my offer for months. Lol.

You can always stay on waitlists I believe, the bar made that a rule.

I don't know about scholarships, though :/

Deferred student here, got some grant aid yesterday and some Perkins loans. They gave me exactly what I got last year, just like they said they would. WHEW.

Oh, and I didn't submit all my forms until like mid-March because I forgot.
