Same here.
+1. Which is to say, thought there'd be at least a little bit of merit aid and instead there is nothing.

Checking in! Accepted yesterday, and now waiting on more information. Is anyone planning on going to the Open House in a few weeks?

UVA isn't known for being stingy are they? Their offer was abut half of my NYU offer; shouldn't I reasonably be able to negotiate for at least a 1:1 match, if not more?

Very disappointed that I did not receive any merit offer. UVA was my top choice, but now...

+1. Here's hoping they're feeling open to negotiation this cycle...

Anyone still not receive anything if they submitted by the deadline?

Alright, dumb question given that I've already voiced disappointment/will look stupid if I was just missing something, but the merit scholarship would be listed in the same place as the loans, correct? I click on "View Financial Aid", click on "2015", and the merit aid would be listed there? Also, is it possible that they've just finished looking at my FAFSA/Need Access prior to awarding any merit aid? Does that happen? Thanks in advance for dealing with my incompetent/ignorant self.

This may seem like a dumb question, but are all accepted students assigned UVA email accounts? If you choose not to attend, will they be deleted?

Offered 20K. I'm grateful, but also wondering how amenable UVA is to negotiating. Any experiences?

So, all I'm seeing on sis are loans. Recently admitted (in the past two weeks.) Does this mean no merit award is coming?

Does anyone else's award info for 2015 say "Inquiry access denied." This makes me think that I'll be able to see it soon... I hope.

Apparently that's what it says before you've been given anything. I'm not sure if it means we won't get anything or it's just pending (I have that message, too). Someone said they had that up until the point they got the email notifying them that their award was available.

I have that, too. I'm hoping it's because I was just accepted last week and sent in the FAFSA and Need Access in late February, so nothing's ready yet.

Yeah, for me it went away once I got my email saying they'd completed their initial review of my financial aid application/I was able to log in and see the loans (the email was in my spam folder as well).

Did anyone have their SIS update without getting the email? My SIS updated but I got no email (I checked spam--not there). I assume that means its final anyway, but any chance that it isn't?
EDIT: Yes, I realize this is a question none of us are probably equipped to answer. I'm just allowing myself a little wishful thinking and hope.
