Crazy, Pale, AND TEAL? I don't think anyone will have trouble finding ya

Probably not.

The shifty eyes are a dead giveaway.

Just did some backtracking on this thread... I take it there's a meet-up tonight in NYC? I'd love to join and meet some potential future classmates!

I'll likely be stopping by too (as long as I'm not called into work). So...will we introduce ourselves by username or irl name?

I don't think I'm gonna make it tonight. I'm not feeling well
and hate going downtown.

I grabbed a booth in the back corner.
I'm the genius who picked a place that doesn't have a sign out front. It's the building at 86 e 10th street that kind of looks like there might be a bar inside.

We all became best friends.
Justice Kagan came by and bought everyone a round, told us we're her first choice for SC clerkships 2018. Cravath partners dropped in and offered us 1L summer positions.
But seriously, fun night, great to meet some of you in real life, glad we're all bff's, can't believe Kagan showed up.

Whoa, just got back from a crazy TLS meet up at a Moon Bar on the Moon where George Washington showed up and thanked us for being heroes of democracy. What a night to remember....

Also, I've re-read this thread and am working through the
Ask a HLS Student thread, and thought I'd compile all of the relevant info into one place. Admittedly I'm doing it mostly for myself, but hopefully some of you will also find it helpful. And if you haven't started reading through the above thread, I highly recommend it. There is a lot of great info, not all of which I copied over into this thread. Most importantly, though:
I've updated the first post in this thread so it now has tons of useful info.

Checking in here. I have been a major lurker for a while, and everyone seems pretty fun in this thread. Also, in a bit of a New Year New Me Be Less Awful Julia Robert's EatPrayLove moment, I deactivated my Facebook. I don't miss it, but wish I could just access the HLS c/o 2017 group. Hope to make it to ASW (living abroad, so we'll see) and meet some of you all. Cheers!
P.S. Thanks for all the info on the first page of this thread!

I have a question! The note on the first page said that we should look for apartments May-July, but that the good ones are snapped up at ASW? Are there apartments available as early as March? I'm nervous about committing that early...
(Also, thanks for compiling all of that info! I couldn't make it through the whole thread...)

From what I've heard, the majority of apartments you would be looking at don't open up until the summer.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
