No way is Paul Rudd "really hot". Solid 7 with a fantastic personality. Maybe an 8 but only without the mustache.

I think that was two days ago.

But it is an important topic because guys of all kinds gotta know how good looking or not they are and date people accordingly. Most males struggle with this on the overconfidence side, but plenty on the underconfidence side too.

Just know your stats, bros. It's not difficult.

Almost always agree with Fierowhatever but have to disagree on this. Yes we should know our stats, but aim high. Just like you said guys are sometimes under/over confident, so are girls. So if you are a 6, occasionally you may bump into an under confident 9 and your good to go. I have to admit, as an 8, I've had rough times when I stooped to a 6.

Don't worry brother, a 1:1 ratio is not implied in the theory. If guys can pull +2 or more, do it. I just want them to be educated. That avoids baseless cockiness. In general, the guy will usually be at least minus 1 in a healthy pairing anyway. Hope we agree after clarification
