How would we "get lounged?" How did they manage that? What exactly does that mean?

We are currently in the TLS Class of 2017 Forum, and if we stray too far off topic (aka pic whoring like last years' thread) then we will get moved to the Lounge. You may or may not have seen how they operate over there, but I'm sure most of us would prefer to stay here.
