If they know enough about it to make fun of you, then they probably read/have read it themselves.
On another note: first cold call today. My sympathies to those who had to endure any incoherence. I guess this is the downside of lightly briefing cases in order to focus on supplements.

I thought that you warmed up after being called on the first time. I'm sure that it will be painful when I enter the crucible.

Thanks; I felt like it improved gradually at least. I'm really prone to the deer-in-headlights effect, so this Socratic stuff isn't my forte.

Ouch.

I'm sure you were okay, everyone has bad moments in cold-calling. I alternate between deer-in-headlights and word-vomit-monster when called on (with only a few coherent answers so far).

8pm tonight on the D'ag terrace for sangria! If anyone has a pitcher I can borrow, let me know - otherwise I'll probably pick one up this afternoon.

I'm in.
Watching football at 3 sheets most of the day then sangria sounds like a good day.

Fkt, I have a pitcher that you can borrow but you have to be responsible enough to return it to me this week b/c my wife will think I'm an idiot for lending it to you. I'll be on campus to pick up my torts book this afternoon. Probably around 3pm if you want to meet me somewhere.
That works for me!!

The sangria smells amazing. I don't know how I can finish editing my brief tonight when I have a pitcher of heaven in my fridge.

I'm very intimidated, so I'm just not working on it. No eagles game Sunday means I'll have that whole day to write, at least.

Thanks for the alert. And crap, I'm in a class I didn't even bid for: Property with Wyman.

Comes down to luck I guess. Congrats on that too then! I'll just tell myself that suckier classes have looser curves since the professor is an additional barrier to learning the information.
