I lost almost 10lbs in the past month, but I think I'll regain those when school starts. I will have no time to workout and I won't be able to stop emotional eating.

ETA: 999th post. Was saving that 1000th for that New Haven law school, lol. Don't need it anymore.

I've been the same weight since senior year of high school. It can vary a few pounds in either direction, but it has ultimately been static.

Trying to kill 2 birds with 1 stone by going to the school gym every time I have the urge to go stress shopping instead of the mall.

If all goes as planned by the end of 1L I will be both ripped and (sort-of) financially stable

just start lifting now and get in a routine. I know the lounge is scary to you lot, but the fitness and nutrition thread is amenable to newbies and willing to answer questions if you have them. It's going to be a lot easier to get in the habit now, rather than just developing that habit with everything else going on.

Thinking about joining some clubs at the school to try and keep weight down. Boxing club seems legit, and the possibility of getting my face beat in may be worth the weight loss
