I won't! It's supposed to arrive after I get there!

I'm starting to ship/order things as well and I'm just hoping they won't take
too long to arrive. Apparently some other schools let you send things up to a week before you get there.

Yeah, the rule is stricter than most other schools. Heck, I lived in a private apartment before and they not only let me ship things ahead of time, the boxes were waiting for me in my room when I got there. It's probably not a strictly enforced rule but is probably in place so their mail room isn't stuffed with a ton of boxes from people not moving in until a month later

FYI: Packages CAN arrive the day you arrive. So if you have a package that comes at 10 AM but you're not moving in until 7 PM, they won't send it back to sender. It has to be same day

Thanks for looking into that! I think my stuff will arrive the day after I check in, but I've been worried that it'll be early be sent back.

Haha I've been paranoid about that too! I made the UPS lady swear to me it would arrive no earlier than specified lol

I'm down! And I want to make some sangria while it's still summer. Might as well make 1L bearable.

Just FYI, I moved into D'Ag today, and I had a package arrive two days ago that they held for me, no problem.
Also, Section 1 represent.

Sangria is amazing. I fell in love with it in Spain last month. Who cares if it's masculine or not?

Heads up to the Mercer people: Their package notification system is down and no one can get their packages at the moment until it's back up and running. They said they don't know when it'll be back.

Congrats on that! If it helps, moving in will actually be my first time seeing the school. (Not living away from home though.)
