Yes, that's all. If submitted before mid-February, you should have a complete financial aid package by the end of March.

Kemosabe, I don't believe any scholarship information has been released yet. The first complete financial aid packages will be coming out in March.

I believe so. However, I think all the scholarships they give are a combination of need and merit though. So to get any sort of scholarship you need to do Need Access if I understood correctly.

You need to do it to be considered for any need-based aid including loans. They may offer scholarships based on need as well from need access. You can be awarded a merit scholarship before submitting need access though, so I don't believe it to be a requisite for that. You just most likely won't have a complete fin aid package until you submit need access unless you plan to front whatever is left over after merit based scholarships.

Should have a complete financial aid package by the end of March. Make sure to do FAFSA and Need Access in the next two weeks.
