I'm an old. For the regular JD class of 2016, I would've been at least tied for the oldest person in the class. I'm hoping we get a 50-something in the c/o 2017, so I can walk next to him and folks will think to themselves how young and handsome I am.

I was inspired by you, so for that, here's a new poll.

If my choices were GULC, Cornell, Northwestern, Duke, and a couple of other T14s at equal cost, I would nix Northwestern immediately because of it. I don't think it's really a big deal, but I think at that point, I'd enjoy Duke or Cornell more because of the younger student body.

The average age is 25 as opposed to 24 at most other T14s.

You guys really think having a couple olds (ok maybe a lot) would really hinder the experience? Im sure Northwestern has just as many alcoholic overachievers as the rest of the T-14.

I'm K-JD. It's less about the age difference, more about the whole everyone else has WE. Plus I feel like K-JDs are at more of a disadvantage at Northwestern.

I will say that the events at the NU ASW were pretty much full-throttle. A 26-year-old is quite similar to his/her 23-year-old counterpart it seems to me. Perhaps just a touch less awkward in the aggregate I'd imagine. Almost everyone I met was pretty damn awesome.

Many of the olds are still capable of having a good time. Among the olds, keep an eye out for the veterans, quite a few of this crowd are no stranger to refreshing beverages, and might even have an interesting story or two.

*Didn't mean to offend any olds

What I probably meant to say is that no one, regardless of age, could be more fun than the wustluts

This. But if I start shooting my watch (describing a dogfight using one's hands), someone slap me.

What did you fly? I'm an E-2C Hawkeye bubba. (We may be ugly, but we're slow!)

F-15E. Known some E-2C types. Spent a couple Red Flags with you guys doing a fair bit of controlling.

I also feel weird that my school's health insurance is like 400 dollars more a year because I'm 25 instead of 24. I hope I don't break a hip.

He/she could still drink, just not at bars with his/her fellow cohorts.

That'll be an awkward conversation to have during the socials.

yeah that poll is weirdly grouped. I had to mentally add up the single year options to properly compare them to the broader ones. So much work :(

I'm the last age before I start getting grouped with the olds. This is just too weird. RE-DO
