p.s. anyone else severely tempted to just not go to law school and do their own (better planned) version of Into the Wild? I was watching that during finals week and I think if it weren't for my SO I seriously would consider being a wild man for a year or more lol

I wouldn't go full on Into the Wild, but I did think about working on a fishing boat or something up in Alaska over the summer. I wouldn't mind getting paid mad money to get my nature fix.

Yeah that's kinda what I was thinking too. One of my HS classmates is apparently working at Yellowstone this summer and that sounds pretty cool to me already.

But the Into the Wild path was excellent except for giving away all his money and stranding himself without food/supplies. I'd be so tempted just to do a slightly better planned and funded wild man mission.
