Saw my first person browsing TLS in class today...I guess the sensation that we need to pay attention in class has worn off.

But I heard from a friend that this particular person had found a killer outline which explicated everything discussed in class. Given that, I think that person's behavior is wholly excusable. (LinkRemoved)

0L here but i am struck by how strong ethnic accent Kagan has in the video and she's preserved it despite studying, working for so long in the most prestigious institutions.

There aren't New Yorkers in prestigious institutions? Pretty sure there is one prestigious institution that's about 44% New Yorker.
