Regular scholarships have been rolling out (though I'm hoping they aren't done rolling them out). I would guess that if you were denied for matching, you probably wouldn't receive a regular one-but I hope I'm wrong!

I submitted about a week and a half ago. So it was a relatively quick turnaround. Maybe if you've been waiting longer, that's a good sign

Jesus. I've been waiting for over a month for the response to the matching scholarship. Nothing yet. I wonder if it's because I waited till late March to finish my need-aid application.

Keep in mind that matching scholarships come with pretty tight windows for acceptance - one to two weeks. Anyone not accepting their matching scholarship in that window loses it, and this in turn frees up money for the rest of us.

I'm flying in to Oakland kind of late at night tomorrow. Considering I'm not used to big cities I'm pretty nervous (but excited!)
