Has anyone received the immunization forms alluded to in the Rocket Docket emails? It states that they should have gone out in late May. I'm assuming the form is the same as found here.

if you track their emails, you'll notice that the date gets pushed back a little in each one... I called and it's pretty standard stuff that they want. You can call the student health office and they'll tell you what you need.

Does anyone know what phone service is like near NYU? My contract expires next month. All of the maps make coverage seem great, but I know that they can be misleading. Any insight is appreciated!

I have T-Mobile and have good service in the village
I switched over from virgin mobile because of constant bad reception

An email they sent us said they'd mail it to us the first week of June & I never got it either but I called and they said you can just fax in proof you've gotten a Measles, Mumps, and Rubella vaccine (which is one vaccine not three separate ones) & sign a form about Meningitis that's found on their website.
