I had been patiently waiting for my housing assignment and was excited to see an email from NYU this morning on my phone(merges my NYU and personal emails) only to open a "Thank you for submitting your intent to enroll and tuition deposit" email. That was like three weeks ago NYU. Not amused, not amused at all.

Not until about the week before orientation, is what the trend seems to be.

The only real takeaway I got from this is that two of the sections (2 & 3) will be taking Torts instead of Criminal Law.

I was reading the "Course Number" as the section: LAW-LW.11672.002 (where 002 corresponds to Section 2).

ETA: Also here is the schedule for the spring semester, including a few electives!

Fall:
one group takes contract, crim, lawyering, and proc

other takes contract, lawyering, proc, and torts

Spring:
One takes crim, legislation, lawyering?
other takes tort, legislation, and lawyering?

Both choose from constitutional, corporate, income tax, international, or property as 1st year elective in spring

Constitution and property are required at some point for JD and can be satisfied in 1L if you choose as elective

The people that I talked to at ASW said that most people get their first choice. Corporations and other class (I forget which one) are very popular. They said that people have to use a lot of points to get in them. It sounded like if you don't get your first choice, you're likely to get your second choice.

Has anyone received the immunization forms alluded to in the Rocket Docket emails? It states that they should have gone out in late May. I'm assuming the form is the same as found here.

I called their office and they seem to be a little late on getting stuff out and getting all of our new records up to date. I think we should know more in July
