Roughly 7-10 days ago. I don't quite remember, sorry.

I'm waiting for a certain someone to get their ID so I can request to room with them but they are slacking!

Another nice thing to do is to go to home.nyu.edu (after you get your ID) and then setup an email address that doesn't look as stupid as the default one. You just have to click on "preferences" in the top right and you'll be on your way to a real address.

Did you check the ASW to see if it is there? I never got an email with mine, but used the steps SFrost posted earlier and found it there. I deposited Friday and my netid was there yesterday.

On the ASW, you'd click on "University IDs and Keeping Connected" and then click on "Obtain your Net ID and University ID". HTH!

After a second round of negotiations (though I was going to commit after the first round anyway), NYU made it worth my while.

NYU has been my dream school since the beginning of this process, and I couldn't feel more relieved & thrilled that I went from the goose egg I started with to a respectable scholarship that competes with my Chicago offer.

I wanted to thank you all for your support, after RTK denial, after my $0 offer, in other threads, on these forums in general, you all have been amazing. I can honestly say I would not have had this outcome without this community.

Special shoutouts:
1) phillywc <3 #nyuls2017 literally couldn't have gotten through this without your friendship and am so excited to be headed to nyu with you next year
2) DCNTUA for your stellar editing and guidance throughout negotiations. I actually think I'd be attending NYU for at least 30k more than I am.

LOLZ got WL'ed today at a school 50+ spots below NYU in the rankings that I had forgotten to withdraw my application from. Probably won't ride that one out.

Thanks barrel. I was less concerned about them not showing me love, and more about not receiving an email explicitly acknowledging that my seat for the fall semester is being held. But if we're all in the same boat, we're fine.
