I'm hopping back on the family insurance until I'm 26.
this is so tcr that i never even left.
Even better is that I'll be on military insurance (Tri-care) so it's really good and crazy cheap

I'm hoping to avoid the Harvard insurance simply because of cost, but I haven't been as diligent as I should have been on this front due to some other priorities.

Anybody know how the Authorized Occupant Form works? I already put SO on my application when I first applied for housing, but when I received the lease this morning, such form wasn't included. I'm so confused..

Had a similar problem. Just e-mail leasing and they'll send it your way. They're prompt and helpful.

Check this page (I haven't looked into it too much yet, but I believe it answers your questions):

Thanks!

If any incoming students want to buy used textbooks, let me know! I'm selling my casebooks and hornbooks; I didn't end up reading any of the hornbooks I bought so they're all in excellent condition, although casebooks have highlighting in them. My books are probably an older edition than the latest one, but this usually doesn't matter, especially for hornbooks.
Civil Procedure casebook 10th edition (Friedenthal Miller)
Civil Procedure E&E 6th edition (Glannon)
Gilbert's Civil Procedure
Casenote Legal Briefs: Civil Procedure Keyed to Friedenthal Miller 10th ed.
Torts E&E 4th edition (Glannon)
Property 7th edition (Dukeminier)
Gilbert's Property - I found this REALLY useful
Contract Law: Selected Source Materials Annotated, 2012 Edition (ISBN: 9780314280756)
Getting to Maybe (brand new, never read)
Law School Insider (brand new, never read)
If you are looking for other books, I could probably put you in touch with other classmates who are selling.
Enjoy your summers before 1L!

Did everyone already submit their health and immunization forms? I didn't know there are a ton of them....

Most of the health forms are quick and easy--just basic questions about your health history. The immunization history one just took me a while of getting the records from my physician. Also, getting that physical.

They were pretty basic, except for when some of your records are missing and you have to get blood tests and embarrassingly almost pass out. That was fun.

Yeah, shame on me for putting it off the last minute. Now I'm hoping that I can find a physician next week for the physical since I don't have a PCP right now. Damn, I really don't want to miss the deadline and get my registration delayed.

So, apologies if this info is available somewhere on the admitted students website, but since I don't yet have access to that, do we have dates for an orientation or anything? All I see on the academic calendar is the LL.M orientation and the 1L first day of classes. Trying to figure out when my last day of work will be...

I only have records for about half of my vaccines so I'm about to go down this road.

Make sure you eat a lot before so you don't have to be confined to the fainting chair for a half hour :/

I wonder if the doctor's appointment I need to make for this would qualify as the routine annual physical under Obamacare.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
