I have a feeling the next few days are going to be super busy binge-reading this thread / trying to get all the paperwork in order / figuring out the whole housing situation...

Housing update for all the new folks:

Dorms- pretty much all gone. Rumor is there's still some rooms in Hastings, but they're kinda expensive. Everything thing else has a waitlist (I think).

Uni Housing- also pretty much all gone. You can see what's available here: https://harvardlive.secureportaln.net/D ... entory.pdf

It seems like only off-campus is left, but there's still plenty there. Info about prices/where to look is in the first post.

This room situation is just really frustrating. If anyone is looking for a room mate for something around 1,200 rent (or lower, of course) shoot me a message. To avoid confusion: I don't have one picked out, but it'd be awesome to find someone who has found something close to what I'm looking for.

And to anybody still looking for a roommate, if you're interested in having a clean, respectful roommate who comes with a decent amount of furniture, a fully supplied kitchen, and a brand new Smart HDTV, who stress-bakes (read: fancy cupcakes and some of the best dang chocolate chip cookies you'll ever have), and who has a small, well-behaved and adorable dog who will make you laugh constantly (read: HUGE stress reliever) but for whom you will have no caretaking responsibilities, PM me!

To all new admits/other people still looking for housing-make sure you join the Harvard Housing and Harvard Grad Market Facebook groups! There are lots of people from other Harvard grad schools looking for roommates in those groups.

If anyone is curious about the outcome of the mock case we watched during ASW, the Supreme Court decision was released yesterday.

The court decided 5-4 against the State of Florida, which was a much closer vote than the one taken with the admitted student audience. Guess Harvard Law students lean left, huh?
