Just got my deposit deadline extended to 5/2 from 4/21. I asked for the extension yesterday so they were pretty speedy.

I'm really curious now about how they decided whether to grant an extension or not. Does it have to do with stats, or is it more related to when you were admitted/received the financial aid offer? Or I guess it could depend on how much money they offered you...

May 1 is the deadline on the ASW. You'll have documents saying that your deadline is different if you indeed received those documents.
