So for people in the 3 day range, does this mean Monday?? Or do they count today as day 1?

Assuming they got postmarked today, today is Day 0. Meaning you probably won't get it until Monday, unfortunately.

All this talk of scholly decisions being mailed, but I have nothing in my status checker to indicate I have anything coming my way. Does anyone have an update in their status checker to show their scholarship offer is on its way?

Assuming the letters were postmarked Thursday (as it sounds is the case), it looks like a pretty significant majority of the country will receive them Saturday.
