It's ok, the first night I went out with some friends after all the drinking the events provided and got pretty sloppy. I was aware that I should make an effort not to start slurring my words but I'm not too sure how well I did on that front. Luckily I think I was out of the view of anyone I'll be spending time with at HLS by that point. Good night though.t-14orbust wrote:Got too drunk and made a fool out of myself. Success

I did a terrible job at probing to see of people were tls'ers. Though I did appreciate the many "I read on the internet.../I heard.../...on this one law forum."
I'm now thinking back to every person that I met and guessing!!

Based on my group's discussion, Hall v Florida was a mistake to choose for the moot court based on the fact that it involved terms like "standard deviation," "SEM," and "70." Loved the negotiation workshop though.

I'm sure this has been answered before, but I couldn't find it. Does HLS consider parent income when making financial aid award decisions? I was looking at the forms and didn't see a request for parent info, but then noticed there was a parent-info waiver request, so I'm curious. Thank you!!

LOL @ the moot court thing. yes, the negotiation workshop was awesome; i really want to take that prof now! we didn't get to do much fun debating, though; someone in my group insisted that we could not hold the discussion or develop criteria because "everyone has a right to life"Pneumonia wrote:Based on my group's discussion, Hall v Florida was a mistake to choose for the moot court based on the fact that it involved terms like "standard deviation," "SEM," and "70." When you apply, you have an option for loans only that doesn't require parent info. The grant option does though, and that will give you tons of paperwork for your folks.love4life29 wrote:I'm sure this has been answered before, but I couldn't find it. Sooo...
How about that housing? Might be the least attractive aspect of HLS. Anyone else looking for a roommate? (See poll!)
And, for posterity:
