As for he email, where do I log in? I tried one page I found but it told me the account wasn't found, even though Axess works just fine.

I've been logging in right from the gmail homepage.

Interesting, that doesn't work either. Thanks for the help though!

Checking in!

Does anyone know if their travel subsidy applies to visits that are not on the ASW?

No, the travel subsidy only qualifies for ASW.

Out of curiosity, is anyone else having email issues, or just me? Going to give them a call on Monday I think.

I don't really know, I tried the webmail thing: https://webmail.stanford.edu/‎ and it told me I don't have an account, then wrkrb mentioned Gmail (similar to HLS) which also didn't work.

"Login error!

Mailbox not found. Please file a helpsu ticket."

None of these things are working for me, so I wouldn't sweat it :P I can only log into Axxes or whatever it's called with my SUN ID.

I am now wondering if maybe the law school hasn't activated emails yet, and mine works because I am a joint degree?

My Axess still isn't working either...here's hoping we can all get a little tech support next weekend! :)

I've gotten my email to work. I think you can only use it after creating a SUNet ID, but after that, I log on at webmail.stanford.edu (not a joint degree student)

I wonder if they are just creating the mailboxes in some sort of chronological order. Mine still doesn't exist, but then again I only recently created my SUNet ID.

Does anyone know how the airport shuttles are going to work for ASW?

I need to read up on the options myself but I do know that they reimburse something like $26 to and from the airport ($26x2)

dear admits! Hope you're all going to be at ASW! It's a great time and it's what convinced me to come to SLS. Holler w/ pm if you've got any questions! I'll do what I can to answer. (Not an official admissions rep so please excuse what might be some half-assed answers).

There's a link on the admitted students website and you can go on and book your shuttle. They ask you for your flight information and where you want to go. HTH.

I did NOT expect to be checking in here but I got a call from Faye this morning and I'm in so, hi! Strongly considering flying out to Palo Alto this weekend for ASW.

Do you mean the link to supershuttle, or are there stanford specific shuttles? Last time I took an uber from SFO to Stanford it was $35.

Also, congrats CyanIdes!!!

Congrats! You should probably also post in the applicants thread.

I meant the supershuttle. It costs $26 each way, which is the exact amount that Stanford will reemburse you for. :)

Checking in. Admitted last week and thrilled!

I have one question though: Do you have to officially enroll before you create your SUNet ID? I'm asking because something I read earlier in the thread seemed to indicate that financial aid info was posted beyond the login. And while I'm almost certain I will be enrolling anyways, I just want to double-check all the details first.

Thanks, and I'm looking forward to ASW.
