We will have busses leaving the law school (in the front of the building) at 5:50pm/6:10pm/6:20pm. You may walk of course too, assuming the temperature is above 5 degrees!

Oh, and also there is a raffle tickets for chance to win a Mini iPad or one of $50 Cornell Store gift cards! play some games and talk about Cornell Law School

edit: a lot of shit is on north campus because the law school doesnt have much space for events and the nicer places on campus are on north campus. not all of them, but i guess they chose this place for a reason? who cares, there's a bus?

There's a JLPP bar tab somewhere in collegetown tomorrow, which sounds a lot ~chiller~ than that. But it is JLPP, so probably less PRESTIGIOUS as well. I will keep you 0lols updated.

If the drinks are free at casino night, that beats a bar tab which will probably last 10 minutes. They can just go to a bar afterwards too.

I'm in the process of RSVP-ing for ASD on April 11, wondering what everyone else said they'd go to? Does anyone go to the 8AM Friday morning bit? Is going to every part of the ASD normal, or is picking and choosing more common? What did you guys do?

I'm wearing jeans, boots and a nice-ish top. I think either jeans or khakis should be fine? (I hope!) one of the 1Ls might have a better idea

Just RSVP for everything and you can decide whether or not you want to skip stuff later. You don't really need to get there for the breakfast, but you should get there for the welcoming remarks.

Nah, admissions would be crazy to let some 1L who's never given a tour before take everyone who shows up. There will be multiple tour groups leaving around the same time.

Last year we all gave each other hints. I plan on wearing a blue, short-sleeve, button-down shirt. That should make it easy enough.

To those saying "wear whatever you want":

I would advise against that. This is your first chance to make a good impression. Obviously you don't need to wear a $1500 suit, but a decent brooks brothers suit with nice shoes, a decent tie would go a long way in developing a reputation for caring about your profession/colleagues.
