At my smaller “boutique” that is for one federal clerkship. I don’t know the bonus for two.

As of 2024 K&E was 50/75. Not sure if since updated.

I couldn't get Kirkland to budge from 75 for DCt and COA, although there are a lot of anecdotes out there of ad hoc negotiations up to 150.

Word was that a Chancery clerk got them to match 125 but can't personally verify. Doubt they'd do that for run of the mill DCt/COA.

Can confirm that a friend had a COA clerkship, but nothing particularly amazing, and got Kirkland to 125

Also know of someone who got 125 from Kirkland with a COA clerkship.
