Neurotic Clerkship Question

Post by Anonymous User » Fri Oct 11, 2024 8:15 pm

Hello all,

I applied to clerk for a new judge when they were confirmed and sent a paper application in. I just saw this afternoon they are on Oscar and only want online applications- and the deadline is today. My recommender called chambers a week or so ago and I saw that someone looked at my LinkedIn profile after that.

I don't want to annoy the judge or chambers too much. Should I just double submit my application to be safe? Or I'm guessing if they had wanted me, they likely would have called/e-mailed me and told me to apply correctly after my recommender chatted with them?

Any advice would be appreciated!

My take is that doubling up almost never hurts.
