Taking a class with a judge
I'm a 2L currently taking a class with a judge I'd be interested in applying to later this summer. I know this judge has hired at least one clerk who's taken his/her class before, so he/she doesn't have a policy against it. Should I treat this judge as I would any other judge I apply to?
