Hi, I'm about to do a second year of clerking with a district judge in a couple of weeks. I just finished a first year of clerking with a district judge and am in a new district closer to home. How should I best prepare?
I plan to read the local rules for the new district, some of my judge's opinions, and a few of the opinions I wrote in my prior clerkship. I'll have co-clerks, so there will be some help available for the particulars. Is there anything else I should cover?
