so take a job with a firm i'm not excited for in a specialty that i'm so-so about, or take the gamble and wait until other firms opening up for clerkship hires? it's hard when it seems like the majority of the firms are silent.

I have to assume firms are still trying to feel out the market. I'm waiting on responses from 3 interviews and haven't heard anything (no rejections or interview invites) from 4 of the 7 firms I applied to.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Tue Feb 07, 2023 9:25 amso take a job with a firm i'm not excited for in a specialty that i'm so-so about, or take the gamble and wait until other firms opening up for clerkship hires? it's hard when it seems like the majority of the firms are silent.

Question.
If I got a ding to Paul, Weiss, New York City office, but applied also to their SF and DC offices, is that New York ding considered for all offices? OR will i receive a separate ding for each office I applied to?

Jenner is starting to review applications now. Wilmer is still assessing its hiring needs and won't turn to clerk applications for another week or two.
