Do judges get a notification when they get a new app on OSCAR?
And as an applicant is there a way to see if a judge has looked at your app?

No and no.
At least in our chambers, we don't get notifications when a new application is submited. We can sort by "submitted on date" so we see new applications first. And no, you won't be notified if we view your app.
