Does any know if the opening Judge Carney has on OSCAR is actually still open? It's been up since early August, so not too sure if she's hired already and her clerks just haven't updated OSCAR.
Additionally, I heard rumors that Judge Carney likes to hire public interest students. Can anyone verify this? Based off my googling it seems that most of her clerks are firm people.
