Dist Clerkship after COA
Has anybody on here done this? Are there any potential conflicts to looking to district court clerkships within the same circuit as where one does a COA clerkship?

Re: Dist Clerkship after COA
It's not abnormal. There's not a conflict that would keep you from getting the job, but I think it would be reasonable to let the other clerks know that you are going to avoid taking any cases that involve your D. Ct. judge during your COA year. They'll understand.
