Hiring pipeline for DE/SDNY bankruptcy clerks?

Post by Anonymous User » Wed May 06, 2020 3:29 pm

Does anyone have insight into how the hiring scene normally plays out for DE/SDNY bankruptcy clerks? As in, is there active recruitment from firms? How are applications normally sent? I'm primarily interested in this as it relates to NY firms, but I'll happily take any info I can get.

Active recruitment around early winter; some people get interviews before that. Depends which firms you're targeting: debtor firms and Quinn are generally on this schedule; secured lender shops vary a bit more
