Has anyone heard back? Just mailed my application 3 weeks ago but haven't heard anything.

I got a letter in the mail yesterday saying application is received and they would contact me if they would like to interview me.

Based on the 2-3 people I know who got jobs at this office in previous years, a lot of their hiring occurs in the spring. I have a close friend who didn't get an offer from them until March or April of their 3L year. Yes, they were stressed AF because of the late hiring cycle.

Cannot speak to the 11th Cir. specifically but most staff attorney offices, including 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, interview in February and maybe early March and hire by the end of March/early April.
