Double clerkship bonuses
Looking at firms for post-clerkship employment. Two federal clerkships (district court and court of appeals). Anyone know of the firms that pay double bonuses (and how much the total is?)
I've heard Susman does 100k for two, but what else?

Re: Double clerkship bonuses
Is the market rate for two clerkships $75? I thought that was market for one.patientlyimpatient wrote:Market is $75,000foreversport wrote:Looking at firms for post-clerkship employment. You are way off. Market for one is 50. It is unclear whether market for two is 70 or 75

Re: Double clerkship bonuses
This is true. But of the V20 firms who still list the current bonus amount they're paying (e.g., Cravath, Paul Weiss, Davis Polk, Covington) it looks like 70k is still more common than 75k or 100k. Idk about places like Susman, Quinn, Kellogg, W&C, etc.ExBiglawAssociate wrote:Some of that info is old. Re: Double clerkship bonuses
I've seen a recruiting letter in chambers for Kellogg (not for this year's clerks but for last year's clerks), and they offer well over 100k. It's worth noting too that Susman offers a $25k signing bonus in addition to the clerkship bonus. I think Quinn offers a bit more than 70k, but not as much Susman. Last I checked, $70k was still market among the big firms.
