Second Circuit Staff Attorney Positions 2018

Has anyone heard anything after yet submitting an application for a staff attorney position with the second circuit? Does anyone know what the timeline is to hear back or receive an interview or what the process is like?

I had my first and second round and my references told me that they've been contacted.

I think clerking is more competitive. But idk. Even though my references have been called, I've heard that there are still a lot of people in consideration.

IMO, not even close to clerking at the edny. If one of you is qualified to clerk at edny, then damn I have little to no chance.

I'll check in on December 15th. Which also happens to be the day of my last exam.

FWIW, when I was at the SAO, a few people came from EDNY to go there or vice versa, although probably skewed toward magistrate, C. Islip, and less grades-conscious judges.

Welp, then I likely don't have a chance either if I'm competing with people coming from EDNY clerkships... I was thinking I might check in the week before Christmas but I'm not feeling very hopeful.
