Pennsylvania Superior Court Clerkships
Does anybody know what sort of exit opportunities are typical coming out of one of these clerkships?

Best bet are mid to large Pa-HQ'd firms. Talk to your judge and ask for a rec. Most likely, your judge was in private practice before and could pull some strings.
