So, I have 3 prof recommenders, but I also have a recommendation from the chief judge of the district I'd really like to be in (the chief judge has already hired for a couple years out). I have the recommendation in hard copy and in pdf. Although most of the judges in the district use mail, a few use OSCAR which requires recommenders upload their letters. For the mail applications, my prof recommenders have mailed their letters separately, and then I've just been including a copy of my judge recommendation letter with the package I mail. For OSCAR, I feel somewhat weird about calling chambers and asking them to upload a copy to OSCAR. Is the TLS wisdom to
(a) Call up chambers and ask anyway
(b) Include in my OSCAR cover letter that the chief judge's recommendation is in the mail, and mail a copy separately
(c) Just chill, use the prof recommendations and know that if the chief is on my resume, the district judges are going to contact the chief anyway
Thanks!

Re: Non-Prof recommender on OSCAR
Just have them upload it to OSCAR. One of the clerks will do it, not the judge himself obviously. They'll understand that you want to use ISCAR
