The Age-Old Letter of Recommendation Question
As has happened to many before me, my recommender unconditionally agreed to write a letter, albeit with the caveat that I have to draft it. Thoughts on how to be effusive but not over-the-top, humble but not fatally humble, etc?

Focus on tangible things/narratives, as opposed to just adjectives/conclusory statements (which makes for a better rec letter anyway).
