Is OSCAR really always down or is it just me?
Is it just me / my browser settings or is OSCAR down 3 out of 7 days a week?

patience, young grasshopper.
(sometimes you need to reload/refresh 2-3 times, but oscar has a surprisingly high uptime for a gubmint program.)

No for real, it's been super buggy just in the last week or two. Consistently generating errors when trying to perform routine functions.
