Instructor Names
Tried to search for the answer, but could not find it. I am applying for judges who specifically request that instructor names appear on my transcript. I contacted my school, and they stated that transcripts won't have that information for at least another couple of weeks. I don't want to miss out on some of the earlier moving judges. Any advice?

Re: Instructor Names
Are these judges taking apps through OSCAR? Because that's information you include on grade sheets in the system. Otherwise, I'd suggest adding names to an unofficial transcript and indicating conspicuously "Instructor names added by student." Alternately, you could create a separate document to attach to your transcript listing the instructors for each course.Anonymous User wrote:Tried to search for the answer, but could not find it. Probably not a great idea to alter the transcript in any way. Just type a list if you need to

Agreed. Attach a letter explaining that your school doesn't list instructors on your transcript, but that, per the judge's application instructions, you are attaching a list of instructors for each course.wwwcol wrote:Probably not a great idea to alter the transcript in any way.
