Post-clerk offer from firm, applying to different office
I'm coming off of a pretty good clerkship and have an offer from a V10 firm in NYC. Since beginning my clerkship search i've decided that I might rather be in a different market, and am sending out a few more applications here and there to firms that have responded to my inquiries and stated that they are still accepting applications. Do I risk seriously alienating the NYC office, and jeopardizing my offer there, if I apply to a different office of the same firm?

Why wouldn't you ask your firm if you could transfer offices, rather than sending an application?
