Am I right in thinking that for the 2016-2017 term, none of the judges whose chambers are based in NYC will be hiring clerks straight-out (class of 2016)?
As far as I can tell, Abdus-Salaam is the only Judge with chambers in NYC who isn't retiring (like Lippman and Smith), and she requires experience. Am I missing anyone?
