Conflict-of-Interest Rules for Clerkships
Getting ready for post-clerk employment. Tried to look this up. Obviously, you're not allowed to work on matters that you worked on at the court. But what about working for clients that were parties in those matters? I assumed there would at least be some sort of time limitation on this, but I'm not seeing one.... Still, tempted to list them out of an abundance of caution.
