Interviews at the Constitutional Court of South Africa

Post by nikki123 » Wed Sep 17, 2014 12:55 pm

Hello,

What types of questions are asked by Justices of the Court during the clerkship interview? I know that it depends on the Justice, but I would love to get an idea of how to prepare.

Thanks in advance!

Trying to get in on that Oscar Pistorius action, eh?

Are you a law student in SA, or in the US?

I am a law student in Canada. I am trying to figure out what the interviewing process at the Court is like for foreign law clerks. Do you know?

I am sorry, but I am not familiar with South Africa. I hope that someone else can chime in and provide something more useful than my bad joke.
